I try to take some time out for every Wednesday to self reflect. I'm taking the extra time out to love myself. I look at self love as if it's third person. I'm loving myself the same way that I would love someone else. If I'm caught up with other people then I tend to neglect my very own needs. I had a job interview yesterday and it went well. It went well because I was able to keep up with the challenges that came about during the interview. I have a strong appreciation for Women's Wednesdays because I am slowly changing my life and growing. It's a beautiful thing to actually sit back and watch.
